At Sitarahub, we operate as a B2B and B2C marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Please read the following cancellation and refund terms carefully before placing an order or subscribing to our services.

1. Policy for Sellers (Subscriptions & Services)

  • All seller subscription fees paid to Sitarahub are non-refundable once the subscription is activated.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Partial usage of subscription plans

    • Early cancellation by the seller

    • Inactivity or non-usage during the subscription period

Sellers are advised to review plan details carefully before purchase.

2. Policy for Buyers (Product Orders)

Order Cancellation

  • Buyers may cancel an order only before it is dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable once the order has been shipped.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences.

3. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Products Only)

To ensure product quality and hygiene, exchanges are permitted only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery

Conditions for Exchange

  • Product must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With all original tags and packaging intact

If approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

4. How to Request an Exchange

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue
