At Sitarahub, we aim to ensure a secure and transparent B2B trading experience between buyers and sellers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns are applicable only in cases of:
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
Products not matching the agreed-upon specifications.
The buyer must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos/videos as proof.
Customized, made-to-order, or perishable goods.
Products sold under clearance or promotional sales.
Goods damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Contact our Sitarahub Support Team via email or dashboard within 3 days.
Attach clear product images, order ID, and reason for return.
The seller will review the request and confirm eligibility.
Upon approval, the buyer must ship the product back within 5 business days using a reliable courier service.
Once the seller confirms receipt and inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued through the original mode of payment or Sitarahub wallet, as applicable.
In case of seller fault (wrong/damaged item), the seller bears the return shipping cost.
In other cases, buyers are responsible for return courier charges.
As a B2B marketplace, Sitarahub acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. Each seller may have additional policies, and we encourage buyers to review those before placing bulk orders.
