• Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your registered email/phone number as soon as the package is handed over to our courier partner.

• Customs & Duties: For international orders, any local customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Exchange Policy

To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, we offer Exchanges Only for items that are verified as defective or damaged upon delivery.

• Reporting Period: You must report any damage within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Condition for Exchange: Items must be unwashed, unused, and include all original tags and packaging.

• Non-Returnable: We do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind." Exchanges are strictly for quality issues.

3. How to Request an Exchange

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

4. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order is "Dispatched," it cannot be canceled.
